Courteous Staff, don't play games with the price.
So many Carpet companies quote one price on the phone then play games when they get inside your home. And they still don't do near the job that Zerorez does. Got out all stains, looks new, dried quickly

The carpet looks brand new after the cleaning! Also, Justin Liar our Zerorez contact person was awesome. He responded quickly to emails and answered all of our questions and needs, before and even after the carpet cleaning. Thank you guys!!
The techs were friendly and efficient. I had some stains that I was unable remove but Robert and Alfus didn't quit until they removed every inch from the troubled spot. These guys were great and I will recommend zerorez to my friends.

It is truly a great product. I would never go back to using soap on my carpets.
The difference about the Zerorez service verses the other carpet cleaning companies is the passion. Robert K. cared about every spot. He made it his mission to remove every single one. His head was into what he was working on. Other company technicians made me feel like I was causing them an inconvenience.
You currently are running a $99 special for two rooms, yet I was charged $140 to clean the inside cab of a Ford F150. Since I was not charged a fair price, I will not be recommending your services.
