over charged us did not put back furniture. left a lazyboy chair on my sheets!! I will never use them again!!!!!

What could we do to improve?

cleaning system doesn't seem as effective as in the past- tile didn't come out as clean as I remembered last time. stubborn spots remained on couches.

Eduardo was VERY GOOD. Worked like a dog, was very polite and friendly.

I love that they take care to not bang my furniture with their equipment. I also like how professional they are and the service is superb! I don't think I have ever experienced a company that is able to deliver service where my carpets look so good with just water!!! The amount of dirt lifted and how long in between services that they stay clean. Excellent!

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the product and although my cleaner came late he did a good job. I am very happy with the kitchen. The living room and hall need a bit more cleaning. I called your office to report that Dana forgot his blue sprayer and to report my concerns. Debbie from your office was very kind in saying someone will contact me for the time and date when someone can come to do the touch-ups. Thank you.

The first time I used Zerorez, I could see the difference immediately. My carpets looked like new. Probably because they removed all the residue from old soapy cleaners that was still coating the fibers. I could actually see soap bubbles in the extracted water. That was years ago. I've used them ever since.

My carpets are so clean now. I love that there are no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpets. My carpets feel clean and soft, like they are new again!

Alfus was fantastic! He was on time, courteous and very pleasant. He did a great job cleaning my carpets!
