We are very satisfied with this company's prompt attention to our carpet cleaning needs with their products, knowledge and philosophy in carpet cleaning. Excellent experience with ZeroRez! The professionalism of Roxanne- the person scheduling our appointment and Michael the technician are commendable. We strongly recommend ZeroRez to anyone interested in carpet cleaning.

We were drawn to Zerorez because of its water based cleaning systems
Having said that the professionalism of the personnel actually at your doorstep is another reason
The technician that came to our house was very competent , did a great job and a very pleasant personality
The rates charged weren't too bad either

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Every time we get the carpet cleaned (by zeroez)a spot (in the same place) comes up and I have to have Zeroez come back and clean the spot. Called to have someone come out and take care of the spot that showed up again and, so far haven't heard from anyone.

I was impressed with the noticeably cleaner look of my stone floor after Zerorez's cleaning. I was also pleased that Robert, the Z Tech, was able to offer a sealant for the stone as well. Finally, Robert was a wonderful representative of your company. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and was very customer-oriented. I really appreciated that!

P.S. I have already recommended Zerorez, specifically, twice; and I intend to give Zerorez a try on my hardwood floors during the current special pricing as well. Thanks!
