I like everything about ZEROREZ and this is my third time having carpets cleaned.
I am going to have them cleaned more often as I believe it will save my carpets.
I love that there is no residue left and the spots do not come back like when I've used other companies.

The technician was friendly and professional. Could not believe how clean the tile and grout got - it looks new. There does need to be some kind of edge cleaner for where the round cleaner head cannot get. I am having to clean the edges by hand.

The cleaning product is a safe non-chemical application that won't harm my family or pets. There was no chemical smell or residue left on my carpet after the treatment. The service tech was fast, very professional, and didn't mind when I added other rooms to clean above my original estimate. I have already recommend Zerorez to my family and friends and will definitely use them again.

What could we do to improve?

The tech was awesom, had great customer service, however the equipment was not working well and he was having issues. He came to us to tell us that he wasn't going to be able to finish because he couldn't get the equipment to make any more water... My boyfriend and I had to help him with tools to try to get the stuff to work. Luckily we had the right tools to get the job done but still this should not be happening. The poor tech felt sooo bad that he wasn't going to be able to finish and I think even worse that we had to help. None of which was his fault. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician put too much water into white carpeting and caused it to yellow as it dried, I called and left and voicemail on Sunday 2/23. The carpeting is less than one year old. No one returned my call on Monday so I called back at 12:00OPM and spoke with Debbie. I understood someone would call me back to come out and correct the problem, however, I have had to call back at 3:30PM after not receiving a return call. I was then told that "everyone was busy on calls" and they would have the supervisor contact me today. I am still awaiting a resolution to this problem.
