How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet didn't look or feel as fresh and clean as I expected it to. There was dust around the baseboards as if the machine didn't get close to edge. we may try again though.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. My carpets look great, but the patio was steamed and the paint came up and peeled in many places. My tile also has less of a shine to it so maybe should not have done those 2 areas.

I liked how Robert wanted me to show him all of the problem areas. He was very
thorough and I appreciated that he took time to use a machine that helped dry the
carpet faster (I have three grandkids that are living with me) I will call Zerorez
again and also recommend you to my friends.

Have used your services many times, and there is a reason for that. You simply are the best carpet cleaning operation there is. I had my tile done this last time as well, and am quite happy w that as well. The technician that came out, " Brian" was on time , polite, and a pleasure to have in my home.

Your service providers are always polite, professional and on time, and the process cleans like no other carpet cleaning service I've ever experienced. The results are fantastic and the old stains don't resurface.

Great customer service. Friendly, professional, courteous technicians. Alfus was so accommodating to the work request. Definitely recommend Zerorez and plan to use more of the services in the future. I am a long time customer.

What could we do to improve?

The carpet looked clean when the technician was done, but it dried "crunchy" instead of soft. The grout looked much better than before, but there were several small areas that could not be cleaned. Maybe special detailed cleaning could have cleaned the areas, but I wasn't aware beforehand that the grout cleaning may not work in some areas. Also, I do realize this is not a personality contest; however, the technician was not especially friendly. He was polite and cordial, but at times slightly condescending, and stated "while I do not agree with upcharging, I do believe in getting paid for any extra work that I do." He was clear that he would not be helping me move any furniture for free, which I didn't expect in the first place. It was awkward. Overall, he did a good job, though.

The young man who came was early, prepared, efficient, did a good job and offered a sealer for the tiles and at good price. cleaned up beautifully and thanked me for having Zerorez over to clean the tiles.
