The carpet isn't "stiff" when it dries. Drying time is less than with normal steam cleaning. It really cleans.

Dana was great. He called me the morning of my service to tell me when he would arrive and he was here to the minute. He did a wonderful job and even double cleaned the most heavily soiled areas. I'm loving my super clean tile!
