Eco-friendly. Easy to set up an appt. Polite/neat service techs. Overall good service.
Earth friendly products and knowledgable Technicians. Gill was the Tech who came out this time. He was right on time (I love the call a head service) and very thorough. He explained why some of the stubborn old stains came right out and why others looked bleached out. This is a rental property. I would recommend Gill and Zeroez to my friends and family.

I was surprised to learn from the carpet cleaner of the new requirements and costs that Zerorez has implemented...such as don't move furniture as this is an extra charge and if the customer does this, the cleaner will not replace the furniture where it was moved. I wasn't feeling well and I had known ahead of time what the cost would be and had already written the check. But he cleaner said it would cost another $35. I wasn't up to arguing the point and told him he could do it at that price or not. He did do the job, but it left me wondering. My husband arrived shortly to take me to the doctor.

The tile floor was sticky in places after it dried. Keith came back the next day and redid the floor to our satisfaction. Great customer service.
Our tile and grout looks like new! I'm very happy with your company, and your tech, Alfus. The only thing I would question is the special price I was quoted. It was my understanding that I could have 3 areas done, carpet and/or tile. Al said I could only get my tile done for that price. If this is incorrect, I feel that some adjustment is in order. Thank you.
