Effectiveness
Was not happy with the "trip charge". why was I not aware of this charge of $15?
I love that it's just "simple" water that cleans everything. Also, I was very surprised at how barely damp my carpet was left. In the past, with other carpet cleaners, the carpets were left literally "soaked".
The technician was very courteous, and the carpets and tile look wonderful!!

Everything! The process is fabulous. Does a great job and I feel confident that it's not damaging my rugs or hard surfaces. Service is excellent -- scheduling my appointment was effortless, the confirmations (email and call the day before) were helpful, technician called shortly before coming on the day of and arrived on time. Pricing is fair. I feel I received a very high value for the amount paid. Finally, the quality of the work and professionalism of Keith, the technician, was unparalleled. He (and the other gentleman who accompanied him) took great care of my home, worked efficiently, transformed my floors and they were very pleasant and personable!

Different techs consider different areas to charge for. First time I was charged for a small hallway attached to a small dining area. Total area of both probably 175 square feet. Becoming too expensive for the service.
No soapy feeling...carpets feel really clean.
I appreciated that the technician did not try to sell me on more services and that the price quoted was exactly what I paid. The job was done in a timely manner even though there was one person doing it all. :)

My first appointment was scheduled on Feb 14th however the truck arrived and could not clean my carpet because it did not have a water source. I spoke to a rep before the appointment and clearly stated I lived in a condo on the 3rd floor however the tech arrived in a truck that required a water source. I did not get a call to apologize for the inconvenience. I had to call them to reschedule the appointment for the following week. I work full time so this was a major inconvenience. My carpets are cleaned annually and this is the second time I have used Zerorez. I dont know if I would use them again.
I recently hosted a lovely baby shower at my house and I was totally confident that your technician would be able to restore my carpet to it's original beautiful appearance and he did! House looked great! Thank you Zerorez!

I was thrilled with the attention Robert gave to our carpet cleaning. He removed every single spot and even feathered the cleaning into the jambs of the doors so there would not be a line! He is the best!!! I will recommend him to everyone!
