If I was given the choice of adding a treatment to eliminate the troubled animal spots I would have. When the technician was finished, I glanced over it and it certainly looked clean. Cleaner than in a long time. Unfortunately, as he was loading the truck, I ventured into the area of my biggest concern and it smelled of animal. It was one of the main reasons I wanted my carpet cleaned. Also, the following morning a couple of spots came back. They were most likely deep ones, but the service was expensive and I was deflated by the spots. I phoned your company, but didn't get a call back for many hours, so I cleaned them as best I could (I had company coming and needed them gone). When the receptionist phoned back, she tried to lecture me about soap-based products, but I tried to explain my circumstances and that I understood the risk of using these products.
I will continue to try to get the smell out and continue to clean the troubled spots. I wish I could refer your company. My friends were impressed until they noticed my uncomfortable manner when I had a candle burning to help with the odor-curbing. I appreciated the friendly nature of the technician. He was quick and friendly.
