I expected more from the hardwood cleaning. I t was just a mop and buff treatment. I expcted a more trorough cleaning before the buff.

The alkaline water that is extra hot which produces an extra clean carpet. And the Zerorez guys are great. The Zeroez employees are polite, hard working, fast, and are in clean uniforms.

I like the soap-free cleaning method. No film on the carpet to pick up more dirt. I have 4 animals and it's important to me that my carpet gets cleaned. I was also very happy with how well my kitchen grout looked after having it cleaned. I had never had it cleaned and it is 10 years old. It looks great!
