the rugs weren't completely clean.called in to request a recleaning , so far no response. edges of rug was as if it wasn't touched.

I could not believe how clean my carpet got. Its old carpet that I was about to pull out of my room because I couldnt take the stains any longer. With the exception of a few discolored areas it looks new again. I am truly amazed. He also added on an extra service at my request when he arrived. He cleaned the tile in my bathroom and the grout looks new again. I did forget to show him the closet that needed cleaning in the room he was cleaning but somehow forgot and he didnt see it. Its next to a newly tiled area so he may have assumed it was tiled. Otherwise fantastic service. I will use zerorez for all of my tile and carpet cleaning needs from now on.

Had many dog urine stains. Do not think technician pre-treated. Right away told me would not come out. Were back the next day. In the past, stains came back lighter many days/weeks later. Did not feel he cared.

I love how my carpet looks so beautiful after Robert cleans it. But even better is the fact that it stays clean much longer than any other cleaning process we have ever had !!!!
