Our technician, Brian was incredibly professional and hard working! Upon arriving on time, he immediately went to work and amazed us with how quickly and efficiently he cleaned the carpets. The biggest difference was the smell. As this was a boat that was cleaned, it always had the worst smell, even with the windows open, you couldn't get away from it.
We were truly impressed by how fresh it smelled after the cleaning, but more so a week later after being closed up for 7 days. Upon opening the door, we were hit by how remarkably fresh and clean the boat smelled, even the towels which used to take on that horrible stench, was as fresh as if we had just pulled them out of the dryer.

No residue
There are no chemicals to worry about.
As a long time customer I wish I could have the same technician each time. Some technicians are better than others.
After a full 24 + hours, the majority of our carpets are still wet. Not damp, wet. Which, in and of its self is fine, but we thought part of Zerorez's deal was no residue and fast drying; even the tech said it will be dry in 4-6 hours? We've left the windows open and house fans on and still wet. So that is pretty inconveinient, since it soaks through the "blue booties" and through our socks.

The customer service was outstanding! We really appreciate the great work that our technician provided. We never thought the stains off our kitchen stools would come off. They look amazing! I did want to say thank you to the technician for taking his time and for being so honest and knowledgeable about the work he provided. Sometimes you get people and or companies that try to milk you for every penny but not him nor Zerorez.

Technician (Dennis) brought corner protectors and mats to protect my home's interior. Did a thorough job cleaning and asked me to inspect his work (to me a sign of confidence the job has been done well). Already referred a friend - great job!

truckmount and not a portable hot water and no soap
The cleaning and deodorizing of my sofa was done with NO damage to my floors; he was thorough, making sure that all the work area had been protected. The sofa was ready to be used by that evening and it was smelled heavenly! It is almost a week later and I still love to sit down on it and catch that little whiff of freshness!

The actual price you charged us is significantly higher than the one you quoted us on the phone. Also, one of the spots in our carpet has not been removed.
Carpets are as clean as new. We thought we'd need new carpets, but I think we'll make it another year now! Great staff as well. thanks!

My carpets looked very clean when the tech was done.
I appreciate the professionalism of the company. The past two cleanings have been done by technician Brett Spence and he's done a terrific job. He is on time, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. My carpet looks great after Brett is done. I also find the customer service at the main office helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Zerorez!
No harsh chemicals and soapy residue!
The fact that no soap is used. The tile cleaning process was exceptional although there were a couple of "skid marks" left by the tile cleaning machine that I have not been able to remove.
