What do you like about our products and services?

So far everything looks super clean. Eventhough carpeting cleaned is old, it came out very clean. It smelled pleasnt as the cleaning progressed and lightly for a little while afterword. The technician was polite and careful in the household. As for recommending the service. I already have. I gave the business card and discount card to a friend.

It usually does a good job, but the main reason we had you out is to remove blood on carpet. When it dried the blood re-appeared, xo we newer you to come back.

The cleaning was fast, efficient, and chemical-free. The technician, Brett, was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone with no "onsite upselling" techniques I have received from other carpet cleaning companies in the past. My carpets are sparkling, and I will definitely be calling Zerorez the next time my carpets need a good cleaning. Thank you!

So far I like how fast the carpet was dry. Also, the carpet appears to be clean and free of the spots that were there before the cleaning. It's only been 4 days since the cleaning and I hoping that the previous spots won't show up again.

The clean-up wasn't the right process for the bamboo flooring we have. Still a dull film over
most of the floor. More liquid needed to be used. D. Last name removed

Stairs where they come together did not look clean. Maybe if another tool or instrument was used it would have looked better. Would use you guys again but not on stairs ???? This is the 3rd time I used Zerorez though.
