Are carpets look brand new and the guy that did are carpet cleaning was very nice and even with are difficult situation he made it work!

I was blown away by how great my place looked. I loved the guy (I wish I could remember his name) that cleaned our carpets. I recommended him to my neighbor next door.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Zerorez carpet cleaning service was excellent. Travertine tile cleaning service did not yield the desired result. Many grout lines we not cleaned thoroughly, dirt was not removed in some areas where tile had been filled. Zerorez tile cleaning process removed tile filler in some areas, exposing tile defects. Service technicians for both carpet and tile cleaning were professional, prompt and courteous.

We are very satisfied with this company's prompt attention to our carpet cleaning needs with their products, knowledge and philosophy in carpet cleaning. Excellent experience with ZeroRez! We were drawn to Zerorez because of its water based cleaning systems
Having said that the professionalism of the personnel actually at your doorstep is another reason
The technician that came to our house was very competent , did a great job and a very pleasant personality

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Every time we get the carpet cleaned (by zeroez)a spot (in the same place) comes up and I have to have Zeroez come back and clean the spot. Called to have someone come out and take care of the spot that showed up again and, so far haven't heard from anyone.

Dennis Kennedy takes a lot of pride in his work. After he cleans my tile and carpets, they look like new.
