I think there was a miss communication, and 1 of the rooms I wanted done did not get done and I didn't know until he left.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was some onsite upselling - which worked for me, but I would "warn" anyone about it. Also, there is some small damage to my kitchen cabinets where the machine came up against them. I'm working to get the black marks out, but so far no luck.

What do you like about our products and services?

We had Dennis Kennedy as our Zerorez Professional. He was WONDURFUL! Nice, Polite and probably the best job we have had done by Zerorez. We do not call anyone else. Zerorez is the best and you get what you pay for. We also like Livingston, he is who we originally requested, but Dennis did the job and we were COMPLETLY Satisfied!!

Alfus Phipps was a terrific representative for your organization. He was prompt, explained the procedure and was very thorough. He explained the drying time and was very careful with our furniture. No stains have come back, guys were great, didn't stay wet for days...I feel like my carpets REALLY got cleaned.
