How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was not happy with the fact the you don't move furniture or my rep didn't. No attempt to get under big items occurred. He did mention up front that he would not be Ableton lift much of the dirt. I appreciated his candor. I just feel I spent a lot of money for very little return. A partial credit would be great.

Prompt (in fact, called to offer to come early!), very friendly and professional service, and very effective: got rid of several stains that I thought might not be removable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet looked dirty relatively soon after it was cleaned and we expected it to be "fluffy" after the cleaning, as well. After spending the kind of money we did to get it cleaned and to have it look dirty so quickly with just my husband and I was a big disappointment.

Our scheduled time was 3-5 pm and the technician called and asked if he could come an hour early! I've become accustomed to waiting for service people running late. The tech was friendly, did a great job! I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family!

ITS SOFTWATER, AND THERE ARE NO CHEMICALS, AND IT CLEANS VERY WELL. MY CARPET HAS BEEN CLEANED BY MANY OTHER METHODS BUT, THIS ONE IS THE BEST AND CLEANEST I'VE SEEN.
