The carpet tech was professional and did a good cleaning job however I think the prices are a little high. Cleaning three rooms maybe should be $199 but not higher than $240, just my opinion.

Great job. Brett was professional, courteous, and efficient; and I am very pleased with the result. The only thing I was dissatisfied about was the pricing. I gave an accurate description of my condo over the phone , and was given an estimate (knowing the price could change depending on stains, etc). The price Brett then charged me was a LOT higher, and when I asked why it was so much higher (he didn't have to move furniture, or even go around much furniture, since I'd moved it before he arrived; there were no stains that needed special treatment, etc), he then reduced the price to about $20 more than the phone estimate. If I use Zerorez again, I will definitely be more assertive about pricing. If you're going to charge me more than the estimate, there should be a reason. It made me think that you'd take advantage of your customers unless they were savvy enough to question the pricing.

The technicians are clean cut and polite and very knowledgable. I feel very comfortable having them work in my house when I am not home.
Our technician, Larry, was able to remove a large area of set-in blood. I was very surprised that the blood came out as well as it did.
No chemicals.

For the price, I thought the Technicians should have been more detailed including getting all the windows clean without charging me extra to get the hard water stains off the glass. I also thought they should have been more detailed in cleaning the window track where the windows slide back and forth and finally, they should have cleaned the window sill however, I know the sills are not a requirement so I don't fault them for that.
My carpets look new after the cleaning although they are over 42 years old and the hardwood kitchen floor after the cleaning and buffing hadn't looked this nice in years. The technician Marcel was knowledgeable efficient and very personable I couldn't be happier with the superior service rendered, and the price was comparable with others.
Keith was great, he took his time explaining how the cleaning solution works. He worked really hard and made our carpets and couch look fresh and clean again.

Livingston ! He is very good and a great guy on top of it. I like the "clean" feeling on the carpet. My hard wood floors are beautiful. Livingston is always professional and truly likes what he does. I think this is the 4th time I have used Zerorez and wouldn't use any one else.
Carpets always look like new after our once a year cleaning.
Stairs where they come together did not look clean. Maybe if another tool or instrument was used it would have looked better. Would use you guys again but not on stairs ???? This is the 3rd time I used Zerorez though.
