Your website apparently has some flaws. I signed up for cleaning on a Tuesday between 8 and 12 on your website. The day before the scheduled cleaning, I received a message from your company saying that the technician would be arriving between 11:30 and 1:30, which wouldn't work with my schedule that day. When I called your company, the person I spoke with told me that the technician don't start until after 10 am on Tuesdays. How would I know that? Your website allowed me to schedule at the time I wanted, and the person I spoke to acted like I was the idiot who did not know that the times were incorrect. I had to reschedule the appointment, which was annoying. You need to fix your website. The cleaning went well. The technician called before he came, arrived on time, and did a good job we are happy with the clean carpets.

My carpet was dirty and soiled badly from my incontenent mastiff. The carpet looked beautiful when done and the smell was gone once the pad dried. That took about 1 week.

Didn't call or show for appt. Failed to tell me there was an extra $50. charge for spot removal.

The technician seemed pretty put out when he had to move the truck so a neighbor could leave. (We share garages since it is a condo). Also, he asked if I wanted my hallway done since I was having the two bedrooms and living rooms done. He said he would throw it in but if there was supposed to be an extra cost I feel that should've been explained/asked during my phone call to schedule the cleaning.

In addition to the concept of zero residue, our tile flooring has number marks on it from previous moves of an old piano with iron caster. The technician tried several methods and spent the time to remove those marks. It took some "out of the box" thinking and demonstrated to me true professionalism and customer service. Thanks.
