So far everything looks super clean. Eventhough carpeting cleaned is old, it came out very clean. It smelled pleasnt as the cleaning progressed and lightly for a little while afterword. The technician was polite and careful in the household. As for recommending the service. I already have. I gave the business card and discount card to a friend.

So far I like how fast the carpet was dry. Also, the carpet appears to be clean and free of the spots that were there before the cleaning. It's only been 4 days since the cleaning and I hoping that the previous spots won't show up again.

I called for a quote and since I had used your services once before, you had all my data in your database. I was surprised when the tech arrived, he wanted to keep upcharging me for various areas(?) I don't think that is a good business practice...considering we did the same carpet cleaning space in the past. When I called in to verify my pricing, I was told the tech has the last word...really?
