I like how well they work! I like that there are no chemicals used in cleaning and that your technicians are all wonderful and courteous. I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've used Zerorez. My only "complaint" is that you do such a good job, my 13 year old carpets look nearly new and still have quite a few years of wear left before I will need to replace them!

Clean Carpets!
Floor was cleaned. But was left looking worse then it was looking before. It had white residue left all over. I rented a machine from homedepot myself and cleaned and buffed the floor. Now although it has a lot of scratches, it has a nice shine to it. Looks so much better now. I got your info from kfi, I am very disappointed.Not worth the 349.00 I had to pay. I am a contractor and this house was my customers. It was very embarassing when he came to me about the floor.thank you, Name removed
Prompt and a very good result!
Although we had a problem with the initial way that our wood floors were taken care of, Zerorez made every effort to fix the problem. One of the managers, Justin, personally drove to our home and spent 3 hours making sure that the job was done right. Our wood floors look like they did when we installed them 8 years ago. Your company has great customer service and the pricing is fantastic. Not only will we use your services in the future, but we will also tell our friends and family what a great and thorough job they will get when they use Zerorez.
Service was exemplary. My last experience was less than satisfactory but this time I was very impressed with Robert, the job he did & his knowledge of the cleaning process & products. When next I call, I hope he will return. (But maybe the carpets will stay clean awhile!)

Dennis said he does not move furniture. Lucky that I did that prior to his arrival. That was not mentioned when I ordered the service.
He also did not clean under a small dining room table because "it looked clean" to him. He could have asked me to slide it over 3 feet, as I was just outside an open door on the patio.
He said that I needed an additional cleaning soon, as one cleaning was not enough to get all the prior soap out of the carpet. (sounds plausible)
He sprayed some type of substance on the floor prior to him cleaning it. If that not a surfactant or soap??

That no soap is use so the carpets stay cleaner longer. I have the carpets cleaned once by another company and the entry carpet became dirty again in less that 2 months.

I was told the cost would be $139.00. After the tech was done, he demanded $154.00. The carpet looked great but put off a horrible smell for several hours. Nearly bad enough to make one toss their chips. The tile in the kitchen looks worse than before. There are are all sorts of sticky drops about the floor.
carpets got clean w/o any smelly residue and feel good to the touch once they dried. it was fast and tech was great!
the clean refreshed look of my carpets and floors, relief that there isn't residue on left after the cleaning of my carpets and tile, the light, clean, refreshing smell in the rooms that were cleaned, the pleasant and informative service given by the technician....all and all a very positive outcome.
