Honest, efficient, on time, polite, & they do the best job possible. I have dogs and cats so my carpets are subjected to a lot of abuse and therefore I don't expect miracles but they do their best to clean and freshen the carpets. Alex, the last technician that came on Monday May 12, 2014 was especially conscientious and did a great job!

Larry, our technician, was prompt and very nice. I like the way my carpets look brand new after cleaning--it's amazing. And I really like the fact that I will never get a dirty path from any detergent residue--because there is none! Zerorez is the only way I will have my carpets cleaned.

Robert Keith was my tech and he did a grate job in cleaning the carpet. He got all the spots out and took extra care on the dirty areas. Robert has a great personality and is very easy to talk to, which make your clients feel at ease with him. He also has a good knowledge of carpets and what they are made out of along with how each has to be cleaned.

Daniel cleaned my carpets and they look new and there is no smell what-so-ever. I have pets, one is on diuretics for her heart, which means she goes and goes, the product took care of all the pet stains and smell.
I was very happy with the work that was done and the young man that came to do the work. I was very unhappy with the fact that only one technician showed up. I agreed on the price based on the salesman saying it was a two-man job! I had to come and open up on a Saturday when we are closed. I was quoted it would take 3 to 4 hours. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours. I didn't appreciate have my day off taken up. I have to believe if there were 2 technicians like I was quoted by the salesman than it would have been 3 hours or less. I have used your company before and they always get the work done in less time than quoted. I even talked with the salesman on the phone and asked for a discount on the quote and he said there was no way that it was a two man job. Very disappointed! Would like to speak with someone about the inconvenience.
The service person, Dana, was friendly, courteous and even arrived ahead of schedule! My carpets look great and the price was a fair price, no pressure to "up-sell"!
