I paid about $250 to have a 15x20 and three areas of about 10x11 cleaned. They looked pretty good right after the guys finished. The larger room had some pet stains that the technician said would come out without any special work. I did pay to have deodorizer applied. The next day I looked at the carpet and the pet stains were worse. Another large stain appeared that was not there before the cleaning. It was an old coke spill stain that had been gone for about five years. (Including after you had cleaned my carpet a previous time. A stain if some type in another room was also worse. I don't know the origin of that stain. The rooms were totally empty as we had moved out if the house.
I called and reported my problem and talked to Roxanne. She said the pet stains should come out and sent another technician out. His name was Gilbert and he told me the pet stains don't come out with your system and told me it was a waste of time to try. He worked on the two other spots and another in another area that was not as noticeable. Those were lighter the next day, but still obvious.
I am upset that the first technician (Robert I believe his name was) and Roxanne said the pet stains would come out but Gilbert was adamant that urine stains would not come out.
So after $250 and two visits from your team, I still had a dirty carpet. That is why I hesitate recommending you. The first time you did my carpet a couple of years ago it looked great. And I did recommend you and in fact used you to get a blod stain out of my father's carpet. That was also a good job by you. So I am in a quandary as to recommending you or using you again.
The only way to make things right at this point is to give me my money back. I am no longer living at the house.

My carpet is cleaner than I've seen it in years. My Technician, Larry, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was done much sooner than I thought it would take. It was a very good experience. I have already recommended Zero Res to my friends.

They were very prompt friendly and efficient--the products are great--got "bad dog mess" off the carpet very quickly and we will definitely be calling for other clean ups---carpet, limestone, granite, upstairs decks--we have lots for Zerorez to do. So glad out friends the Andersons recommended them,

Very friendly and professional guy who came out. Job well done. No more stains, looked and smelled clean.
The main reason for having the carpet cleaned was to rid the cat urine odor. This did not happen. It did to some degree but not really as much as your advertising implies.
The second bedroom is quite "smelly" and disapointing. I would appreciate you returning to do a better job in that room. I don't believe this is an unreasonable request.

lack of smell
TRY TO SET IT WHERE YOUR ASSOCIATE IS CLOSER TO THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS POSSIBLE. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER BETWEEN 10:00 AND 12:00PM THAT THE ASSOCIATE ARRIVES CLOSER TO THE EARLIEST TIME INSTEAD OF ARRIVING AFTER THE LATEST TIME. THE CUSTOMER APPRECIATES AN EARLIER ARRIVAL.

This is the fourth time I've used Zerorez, and I have recommended the service to others. Great product. Dennis did a great job.
The dog pee stains did not come out that well. For 5 days the carpet looked ok then some of the spots returnef.
awesome product and service. we have 2 very small rooms that took the nice man who came out less than 20 min to do. I would like the cost to be prorated to what the client has. we paid for 3 rooms and booked a 3 hour window. I'm sure our two 10 min rooms could have been much more affordable to us and we would be likely to have this service done regularly.
