Very happy with the service, both the price and the quality of the cleaning.
Daniel cleaned my carpets and they look new and there is no smell what-so-ever. I have pets, one is on diuretics for her heart, which means she goes and goes, the product took care of all the pet stains and smell.
I was very happy with the work that was done and the young man that came to do the work. I was very unhappy with the fact that only one technician showed up. I agreed on the price based on the salesman saying it was a two-man job! I had to come and open up on a Saturday when we are closed. I was quoted it would take 3 to 4 hours. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours. I didn't appreciate have my day off taken up. I have to believe if there were 2 technicians like I was quoted by the salesman than it would have been 3 hours or less. I have used your company before and they always get the work done in less time than quoted. I even talked with the salesman on the phone and asked for a discount on the quote and he said there was no way that it was a two man job. Very disappointed! Would like to speak with someone about the inconvenience.
The service person, Dana, was friendly, courteous and even arrived ahead of schedule! My carpets look great and the price was a fair price, no pressure to "up-sell"!

1. Although I vacuumed I expected the Zerorez rep to vacuum again. I assumed the rep would have a more powerful vacuum cleaner than I have to get into the corners, etc.
2. End result of carpet especially in high traffic area in Den did not meet my expectations considering your on line video presentation and fee. The equipment used in the video was not the one the rep used in my home. It appeared to be a regular steam cleaning vacuum as opposed to the rotating one used in your on-line video
3. I moved a couch in the family room so the rep could clean the carpet where is originally is located. The rep did NOT clean behind it or push it back (very easy to move...remember I moved this myself and I am 70 years old) and clean in front of it. Thus when I pushed the couch back after the carpet was dry I had a distinct line of about 12 inches in width and the length of the couch where the carpet cleaning had been done and where it had not been.

4. I also thought the rep would have auxiliary lighting as evening was falling to enhance his visibility to clean the carpet. After he was done he said, "I did the best I could based upon what I could see considering the lighting. He never asked me if I could bring in a lamp or anything to help his visual field, and I would have been more than happy to do so.
5. The outcome of the carpet cleaning did not convince me in the least that your system is better for example than chem dry and other methods.
6. For the price and online and telephone sales pitch I remain disappointed.

Carpet cleaning is phenomenal - feels good on the feet, have noticed decreased allergies, and your folks have gotten both new and old stains out. I thought the carpet was ruined recently, but now it looks great! Many thanks!

Use of water instead of harsh chemicals
I wouldn't trust my 40-plus-year-old carpet to anyone except Zerorez. It looks better every time you clean it and we're finally getting all the gunk that has built up by repeated other cleaners through the years. I recommend you often and heartily to all my friends who say how do you keep this old carpet looking so lovely and new.
The non chemicals you folk use and how clean the carpets come out
The carpets are clean and stay clean. Other services leave with the carpets clean and a few days later the spots return.
If you don't get it right the first time, you'll come back until it is correct. We appreciate that.
My carpet looked so very much better after the cleaning, even though it had been cleaned when I moved in last August. It wasn't a good cleaning. I tried cleaning it myself with my rug shampooer, but Zerorez was the best.
end result is great and lasts longer than other cleaners.

The technician (Robert) was great. There is no "upselling", the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. The carpet looks great, all the stains came out. Overall you achieved "customer delight".
Your tech, Brett, showed up early, explained the work he was going to do. He was very friendly with a great attitude and confident about your product and his work. He asked if we had pets in terms of leaving the door open for the hose and equipment. He asked about spotted areas. After completing the work , he asked me to look at the carpet to inspect the job. I was impressed that he got the carpet so clean. I called Zerorez that afternoon to let them know how pleased I was with not only the product as we are a returning customer, but how impressed I was by Brett. I work in a construction service industry where repeat business is so important. Hard work and a great attitude go a long ways in my book. Thank you again.

Making an apptmt was easy and the person was friendly. The guy who cleaned our carpet was very friendly and professional and the carpet looks great so fat
Robert Keith was my tech and he did a grate job in cleaning the carpet. He got all the spots out and took extra care on the dirty areas. Robert has a great personality and is very easy to talk to, which make your clients feel at ease with him. He also has a good knowledge of carpets and what they are made out of along with how each has to be cleaned.
