What do you like about our products and services?

Dennis gave outstanding service. Carpets, although having not been cleaned in 25 years, turned out very nice.

The cleaning of a 5 x 9 area rug, front and back, at a cost of $135.00, was a bit steep. The rug turned out very nice, and I knew up
front what the charge would be, and I agreed to the charge, but I still think the charge was a bit steep.

What do you like about our products and services?

No sticky soap residue on carpet. The special water they use is amazing and it leaves the carpets in the bedrooms and living room looking clean and beautiful! Purchased new carpeting 2 years ago and had Zerorez do the very first cleaning required by the manufacturer to guarantee the warranty. Will not let another carpet cleaning company touch my carpet other than Zerorez because not only is the job well done, their workman are hardworking and diligent about their performance. Thank you Zerorez!

I was very pleased with the service.
I had an appointment for Monday, the guy was sick they fit Me in on Tuesday, I really appreciated that, My house was torn apart ready for carpet cleaning.
I would of been disappointed if they couldn't do it until next week.
So I am very happy.
We will for sure have You our again to clean our carpets.

The technician was very professional, yet personable. We like the "Green" aspect of the service. The job performed was first rate, done in an expeditious, yet thorough manner. The House spells fresh, not perfumy or soapy. The lady of the house says "my feet say Thank You"

VERY disappoint, after the first visit the cushions on the chair I had cleaned weren't cleaned another tech came out the next day to clean them, I got home and they don't look like they were cleaned at ALL....

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Normally you do a great job. However when I scheduled the appointment, I was told that
your truck hose did not reach up past the 3rd floor, so we scheduled a mobile unit.
However, one room did not come out very well.

I would like to re-schedule to have it re-done.
