Everything! Our carpets in our commercial recording studio & offices bring us a lot of "messy" traffic and with Zerorez they come out so much cleaner than any other type of cleaning service anywhere. I also have a special needs dog that is in our office 7 days a week and cannot walk so now I don't have to worry that he is getting toxic chemicals absorbed in his skin. The technicians are consistently knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. Customer Service - Ease of getting a quote over the phone for cleaning my areas rugs. Straightforward and clear, no haggling or negotiating. Fair rates. Ease of making an appointment for Tech to come out.

Interaction with Tech - Fact that Tech calls before they come out and that he was very courteous.

Technique - Love that carpets came out clean (less my old stains) without any residue remaining. When dry, the various fibers (wool, cotton, etc) came out nice and soft, not matted or sticky.

When time and finances allow, will call back to clean household carpets, upholstery and tile grout.

All of the spots I could NEVER get out with my own, steam cleaner, Zerorez got out! Wow!
