That no soap is use so the carpets stay cleaner longer. I have the carpets cleaned once by another company and the entry carpet became dirty again in less that 2 months.

I was told the cost would be $139.00. After the tech was done, he demanded $154.00. The carpet looked great but put off a horrible smell for several hours. Nearly bad enough to make one toss their chips. The tile in the kitchen looks worse than before. There are are all sorts of sticky drops about the floor.
carpets got clean w/o any smelly residue and feel good to the touch once they dried. it was fast and tech was great!
the clean refreshed look of my carpets and floors, relief that there isn't residue on left after the cleaning of my carpets and tile, the light, clean, refreshing smell in the rooms that were cleaned, the pleasant and informative service given by the technician....all and all a very positive outcome. I called for a quote and since I had used your services once before, you had all my data in your database. I was surprised when the tech arrived, he wanted to keep upcharging me for various areas(?) I don't think that is a good business practice...considering we did the same carpet cleaning space in the past. When I called in to verify my pricing, I was told the tech has the last word...really?

So far everything looks super clean. Eventhough carpeting cleaned is old, it came out very clean. It smelled pleasnt as the cleaning progressed and lightly for a little while afterword. The technician was polite and careful in the household. As for recommending the service. I already have. I gave the business card and discount card to a friend.
