Let me start off on a good note your man Daniel was very nice and represented your company well.
My issues is that there was not clear understanding that my furniture was not going to be moved until after the fact. I know it is in you document and should have been read by me but nevertheless every other companies I have used always send two people to take care of this and it is done for less cost than your one guy. Unfortunately in my Family Room your guy slid my couch back and forth and caused a wrinkle in the carpet. This area has settled down some but it has caused the carpet to stretch now so not sure what the future will bring. My 100 year old Dining Room table was also slid when I specifically told him it needed to be picked up a certain way. I was there in the house if he needed my help but unfortunately I did not catch him in time on the table. I did help him move a number of things so I could get a complete carpet cleaning. Also the stairs were left very wet more so than any other area so this took a very long time to dry. My next carpet cleaning will be done by another company that will do a complete carpet cleaning at less the cost.
How fast it dries and no residue.
You're simply the best carpet cleaners around. My carpets are always spotless after you've cleaned.
The stains came right back after 5 days.

I felt that the tile did not look very good when the cleaning was over. You could see where the water puddles dried. I would be a little iffy to have you clean tile again but the carpets look and feel great.
The cleaning was great for the middle of the floor, however the machine did not reach the corners or edges of the room. The technician explained how the machine worked and what prevents it from reaching all the way to the edge. In my opinion, the Tech should have cleaned those places by hand if necessary. Now I will have to get down on my hands and knees to clean along the edge.

Zerorez gets my carpet cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company. Much cleaner! Zerorez has gotten spots out that were left from previous cleanings. I'm a fan, even telling my co-workers than I sound like a commercial! I also appreciate the techs as each one has been courteous, timely, and professional in their attitude and service.
