I am not being paid to say this, I live in Redondo Beach, CA and also have a business in Redondo Beach too.
I have had in the past many different types of carpet cleaning in the past dry cleaning, shampoo with spinning brush etc but hands down this is honestly the best technique and best products they use in thoroughly getting the carpet clean without leaving residue or damp carpet.
I used them at home first before the restaurant and was that impressed that I used them for the business. I have never been disappointed and this is the fourth time in using them. in 3 years. I would highly recommend them and I would not recommend them if this company was just "Ok" You will not be disappointed. Larry with Zerorez is our carpet cleaning person now and I like to have him back specifically because he know what areas we like to have done. I also like this company because I feel this family owned business is a business with integrity. The saw the qualities and dedication that Larry had and now he is part owner in this business. I admire that as a business owner myself.

Carpets and area rug turned out really well!
It was very clean and Brian was wonderful.
This visit was less thorough than previous visits. In one room, from the doorway the carpet looked better when the technician was done but upon further inspection there were two places that were not satisfactorily cleaned. We put a white rag down on the bad places & stepped on it. The moisture it picked up was quite dirty, almost like it hadn't been properly sucked up.
Not sure how you can make it better.
Carpet looks great, nice tech.

I'm writing because the service address was supposed to be 104 Alhambra. Either I provided the wrong address of 41 Rising Sun when I booked the appointment or the appointment setter incorrectly input the billing address as the service address.
When the technician arrived at 41 Rising Sun, he called and I directed him to the correct address of 104 Alhambra (less than 1 mile away). A couple minutes later, he arrived at the correct address.
I need my invoice to be updated so that the service address reflects the correct service address of 104 Alhambra, Irvine, CA 92620. Please work with your technician to confirm this so I can provide a correct copy of the invoice to the most recently vacated tenant of this property.

I am extremely pleased with the service that Eduardo performed. He did the very first service that I had with Zerorez and my carpets looked fantastic. 6 months later I called for service and requested Eduardo. I was told that I would have to wait two weeks for him. I agreed to wait and two weeks later I received my service, BUT not from Eduardo. The carpets looked nice but not quite up to the look I had when Eduardo did the service. In January I again called for service and requested Eduardo. AGAIN, I did not get Eduardo. The job that I received in January was sub-par and very disappointing. If this had been my first service from Zerorez it would have been my last time using you. In January, after the service, we had a death in the family and I was busy dealing with that and did not take the time to follow up. When I booked this service, I insisted on Eduardo for my service. I am so happy with my carpets!! They look brand new. Just like they did after the first service from Eduardo.
