I explained in detail what needed to be done. I had two rooms that were connected as one area and I had a bad cat problem that required a lot of treatment. I was given a price on the phone and when the tech finished, he jacked up the price $50.00 for the pet treatment that I thought was in the price I got on the phone when I ordered the service. This was not right.
My brother used to clean carpets for a while and I do understand the concept of upselling to the clients, but in my case there was nothing to upsell because I requested the cat treatment when I called for the service and it should have been included in the price I got on the phone.

Technician on time. Professional. Thorough job and cleaned to the baseboards.

I got a call today from Roxanne who informed me she was the manager? She called and said something about our appointment had been accidentally deleted??? So, I gave her the date of 6/10 with the time frame of 8-10. The reason for this visit is to clean the dark dirt streaks in our living room and hall. She proceeded to say very unprofessional things like we can't make it that day we don't have any trucks available? I said we have rearranged our schedules and that is the day that was approved by your office. We had 0rez out on 5/30 and had a problem then also but when the guy left we couldn't tell as the carpet was so wet but when it dried there were brown dirt streaks so I called on Monday 6/2 and we agreed on 6/10. I think we are being very accomodating since our carpet looks terrible and are waiting 11 days to get fixed. She is very rude and VERY unprofessional. I left a message to have the owner call me since she said she was the only manager. I feel the owner would appreciate knowing how his business is bring run!!! I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and would NEVER treat a customer the way she treated me!

I love idea of no soap to leave a residue in the carpet. Gil was super. He worked hard on my area rug, and also to get a stain out of my carpet. He asked me to check each area after he did it and responded positively when I asked him to go over one area again. It was my 1st experience with Zerorez and I would definitely use Zerorez again!

We have used Zerorez 3 times. The first time, the technician was about 1 hour late past our scheduled 2 hour window. OK...things happen. The second time he was to be there between 10AM and 12PM. He called at 12 and told us he wouldn't be there until 2 and then didn't show up until 5. I actually had to call him to see if he was still coming or not. I thought I would give Zerorez another try since I do like the soapless carpet cleaning. This time our scheduled window was 3-5PM. They called us at 4:30 to tell us they are gonna be really late or possibly wont come at all. I became very unhappy. When they do come, they do a great job cleaning our carpets but I'm tired of making an appointment and then they show up hours past the scheduled time. Larry was called in at the last minute, since I made such a big stink, and cleaned our carpet. He did a wonderful job and was very helpful even though he came at 7:00 and didn't leave until almost 9:00PM. Our time is important and we schedule an appointment for a reason and it would be nice if the technicians would show up when they are scheduled.

I like the professionalism of the serviceman, and his willingness to explain things. I especially like the way my carpet looks now. The high-traffic areas were really embarrassing, and now they look great.
