Zerorez was professional from the moment I made my appointment until the rep had completed cleaning my carpets. There was no smell, the carpets pretty much dried within two hours and I was given plastic booties to cover our shoes in the event we needed to walk on the carpet to retrieve something from the room. I would use Zerorez again and have already told family and friends how great my carpets look, that the rep was very professional and helpful, he was careful to use plastic shell protectors for each corner wall so that the hose didn't scuff them up (that's HUGE for me), and how quickly he did the job. For two rooms he was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Zerorez for all your cleaning needs.

I like the technique you employ to clean the carpeting. I've used others in the past and the carpeting does not stay clean for long. Also, the technician (Robert) is very professional and I always ask for him when scheduling my work. I have referred Zerorez to friends and relative as well.

They are natural, and my carpet looks so good and clean afterwards. Although I am not
sure if the dog urine smell is completely gone this time. I will be letting you know on

I scheduled more than 2 months ago. We agreed to a 12:00 appointment. I wrote it down. Two days before the appointment, your office called and said the window was 1 to 4. Unfortunately, the cleaning is a necessary part of keeping our home up and clean; but it is very inconvenient and requires planning to do and dry the floors around other household obligations. Robert, our tech, told me that his morning job was in our area and his second (should have be us) job was in Santa Ana. By the time he got to our home, it was 4:45 PM on a Friday. Robert is a great rep for your company as he is a efficient and friendly technician. Your "Zerorez" process is the best, but if I could get the same product and expertise somewhere else, I would. I had a problem last year with scheduling as well. If you want to improve, get another scheduler and prioritize your jobs by which customer schedules first.
