Carpets get cleaner with Zerorez service and stay clean longer. Techs are very professional as well.

I teach school and I will have to wait until the students get back to see how well the rug will hold up. I have yet to get a receipt for our payment. The person sent out was very helpful.

Our tech Sal was great and thorough! But given the rates charged, things like vacuuming should be part of the deal. The email communication proceeding the service is very detailed but also feels a bit like the customer is doing a lot. I would tighten it up a bit and allow for the technician to be at the home for a bit of time.

I had my carpets cleaned over 2 years ago from your company. They stayed pretty clean in that time. When I used other companies before you my carpet got dirty pretty quickly. Sometimes the same spots came back even before a month passed.

I also like the serviceman. He was very friendly and did such a good job.

Very thorough cleaning job! The technician also really worked hard to remove the pet urine. Impressive! Your special got my attention and I'm glad I tried it. Tech Dana was friendly and personable. He also took away the dirty water and didn't dump it in the driveway like a previous company. Very pleased with the results - looks beautiful.

Great service, very hard working and committed service guys. We had large areas of yellow blotches the day after carpets cleaned, and took a while to get a response about this. Would help if the possibility and reasons for this happening are explained upfront. When service guy returned, he was very pleasant and willing to rework the areas.

I like the way the stains DO NOT come back, like they do with other cleaning methods. I also like the way there is no residue left on the carpet.

The rep you sent was very personable and treated my home like it was his only job that day even though it was not by far. Thank You!
