What do you like about our products and services?

Environmentally clean process, friendly, honest representatives, hard workers, good work ethic, good follow-up on the appointment time, great product to clean the carpets and tile floors in my home. Will recommend to friends and family members.

What could we do to improve?

Not sure. The effect of the cleaning does not seem to last very long. The carpet looks great the first day, but by the time it lays flat again you can see all the dirty spots again.

The product seemed pretty good. Noticed a couple of spots that did not come out. Liked the idea of using non-toxic product

I like the way my carpet stays clean much longer than with other carpet cleaners. Dennis Smith is very professional and I feel like he does the very best job possible. I also feel the price is very reasonable. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

I very much like that the carpeting is not a soggy mess after it is cleaned. Marcel always does a wonderful job with great results. And he is always punctual.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

i was over charged and getting a credit for the over charge has been a nightmare, my call to the book keeper we not returned. at this point i will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

No chemicals used. Technician Sal was great. He was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, answered all my questions, very professional. I would definitely use Zerorez again, tell friends, and ask for Sal next time.

I appreciated the business-like manner of the Zerorez technician. He explained what he was going to do, got at the job and completed it in a very timely manner. It was so appreciated because I was not "tied" to my home all day. Great Job.
