The work done was perfect in every respect. My old dirty carpet is now immaculate and all this with absolutely no chemical residue. Your service is great and I will be using it from now on. The technician (Dennis Smith) was professional, efficient and what a wonderful job he did.

efficient, very clean, easy to arrange services, pleasant zerorez employee. the carpet was spotless when completed the cleaning process. I appreciated the booties given by employee to prevent soiling carpet.

The fact that I was unhappy with my initial service and they came back says a LOT about the integrity of the company.
I will DEFINITELY be using them again and again as well as recommending them!

I teach school and I will have to wait until the students get back to see how well the rug will hold up. I have yet to get a receipt for our payment. The person sent out was very helpful.

What could we do to improve?

Our tech Sal was great and thorough! But given the rates charged, things like vacuuming should be part of the deal. The email communication proceeding the service is very detailed but also feels a bit like the customer is doing a lot. I would tighten it up a bit and allow for the technician to be at the home for a bit of time.

What do you like about our products and services?

I had my carpets cleaned over 2 years ago from your company. They stayed pretty clean in that time. When I used other companies before you my carpet got dirty pretty quickly. Sometimes the same spots came back even before a month passed.

I also like the serviceman. He was very friendly and did such a good job.
