No residue. Professional service, well-organized. No hard sales tactics. Setting realistic expectations ("we may not be able to get everything out."). I work in high-level customer service myself, and am impressed every time.

My carpet it ll years old, and you have cleaned for me at least 8 or 9 times, maybe more. The results always leave me feeling like I have brand new carpet. My carpet is nearly white and requires yearly maintenance. My service rep is Dennis and I think he is great, always request him. He is timely, pleasant and knows exactly what I want and need him to do. I am an interior decorator and I recommend your company all of the time.

Environmentally clean process, friendly, honest representatives, hard workers, good work ethic, good follow-up on the appointment time, great product to clean the carpets and tile floors in my home. Will recommend to friends and family members.

Not sure. The effect of the cleaning does not seem to last very long. The carpet looks great the first day, but by the time it lays flat again you can see all the dirty spots again.

The product seemed pretty good. Noticed a couple of spots that did not come out. Liked the idea of using non-toxic product
they did a great job, very neat and protected my doors and molding. I also like the use of no chemicals in the water, the rugs look great!
I like the way my carpet stays clean much longer than with other carpet cleaners. Dennis Smith is very professional and I feel like he does the very best job possible. I also feel the price is very reasonable. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

i was over charged and getting a credit for the over charge has been a nightmare, my call to the book keeper we not returned. at this point i will dispute the charges with my credit card company.
We have two children so we prefer to clean with minimal or no chemicals and Zerorez provides that! Also, our carpets get cleaner and stay cleaner with the Zerorez system! Thanks again for a great cleaning and great service!
