Technician thorough and friendly.
1) Dennis (Technician D S19V) did a great job. He is highly knowledgeable, efficient, considerate and a pleasant person. In short, Dennis is a true professional and a genuine ambassador for Zerorez.
2) The system & cleaning materials used cleaned very well and left no crunchy carpet (like your competitors do).
3) Dennis called to alert me he was enroute and showed up on time.

The rug looked like it did when it was new. The service was great and polite. He explained everything before he began to clean. I was very pleased. I kept putting off the cleaning because I didn't want soap in my rug. THANK YOU THANK YOU
Livingston took his time and was very conscientious. A few cleanings ago we had a tech who finished up about 45 minutes to an hour earlier than any other techs we've had in the past. The carpet didn't look clean when it dried. I appreciate a tech who takes his time and does a thorough job.

We were disappointed that you were not able to get the red wine stain completly out of the carpet as you have in the past.
It was easy to set up an appointment and all pricing was explained to me at that time. The service man called about 20 minutes before he was due to arrive and completed the job quickly. He made sure to explain to me which spots were not able to be fully removed during the cleaning process. The carpet dried extremely quickly. The bathroom tile in the bathroom completely changed color (in a good way).
Friendly and efficient service. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and the dirt comes back much faster. They do a great job getting out ground in dirt and the carpets stay cleaner longer.

Your product is second to none. No odor and so dry so fast. We had you clean approximately 9600 square feet of carpet in our main dining rooms, lobby and office areas. we were able to put all tables, chairs and furniture back immediately after your crew cleaned each area. This saved us a lot of time. Your crew leader, Larry, did what he always does for us here at The Wellington. He arrives early, we discuss a game plan and he knocks it out of the park. Three hours from set up to breakdown. WOW
I like the way the carpet feels after cleaning: the reconstitution of your cleaning product seems arduous and does not last longer than 4 hrs. I like something I can use right away no measure and reconstitute each time
While I like the idea of no soap residue and the lifetime supply of spot cleaner (a great product), this time I particularly liked the service of Sal A., who did an extraordinarily thorough job and put your company at a 10 for me. He was also one of the nicest, most courteous guys I've met. I would ask for him again.
