The end results! My home was originally installed with high quality plush carpeting which is now 17 years old. Following Zerorez cleaning, it looks brand new again. Our family has three large dogs too and you wouldn't know it after Zerorez was here. Additionally, I really appreciate the professionalism and very hard work performed by the technician Dennis Kennedy, he is a definite asset to your company. Sal did a great job,and worked hard, but he said that he could remove some stains if I paid an additional $30.00 for some stain treatment. When he was finished, I told him that it looked good, but we would see what happens when the carpet dries. When the carpet dried, the stains were still there. If you want to refund the %30.00 or do a touch up, I would give you a higher rating. Thank you.

My carpet is a cream color that shows every speck of dirt. When Zerorez cleans my carpet, it looks like new. Unlike other companies, the carpet dries quickly and stays clean looking for months. Zerorez also does a great job cleaning furniture. My furniture is also a light cream color. Guest always ask what my secret is to keeping everything clean. I tell them my secret is Zerorez!
