Prompt with a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Thorough explanation of process. Good eye contact and friendly demeanor of serviceman (Daniel). Worked continuously until the job was completed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets looked great although not much better than less expensive carpet cleaners. The technician was very nice but wore his shoes in the house without booties while cleaning the carpets (he brought booties in for me after all the carpets were cleaned.) My travertine floors were etched in his footprints and dirty from getting the bottom of his shoes wet and then walking on the floor.

In the two instances I've used Zerorez I have found your technitions to be extremely nice and thorough. You must have a rule that says you only hire nice people - I've been very pleased with them. The first time I used you was right after my mother's funeral - the young man couldn't have been kinder.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our carpets remained wet in some areas of our home for more than 3 days. We would like to have those areas cleaned again or receive a partial refund.

Robert is the BEST!!! I will request him again because he is so knowledgeable and meticulous.

My carpet was a mess with 2 new dogs we rescued. The stains are gone and I don't think we need to get new carpet for several more years. The technology is absolutely the best around. The stains don't reappear after a day or two. I love the process!

I would like to commend Marcel for his thorough and professional work. He confirmed the areas that were to be cleaned and of all the technicians who have cleaned our carpets, he did the best job extracting the liquid. I will definitely request him the next time.

The carpets always come out clean. Mike was able to get out most of the spots on the carpet. He didn't overpromise and under-deliver.

A twin bed was left in the room because we didn't have a place for it in other areas of the house. The bed wasn't moved and the floor under it not cleaned.
