Have a tool that cleans edges of carpet too. Also noticed shrinkage of carpet after drying.

Absolutely outstanding experience! Dennis K. called ahead to let me know exactly what time to expect him. He was professional and extremely courteous. My carpets were filthy due to pet stains, but now they look super clean! I will continue to use your services and have already recommended Zerorez to a few friends. I couldn't be more pleased!

Dennis did a great job cleaning the travertine floor in my kitchen! It looks like it did the day I moved in! He was very professional and explained the procedure and pricing to me. I will be calling him again to polish my wood floors and kitchen granite.

What could we do to improve?

As my carpet is drying the stains are reappearing. Basically the man said he couldn't get most of the spots out because they had been there for awhile. I had read that Zerorez was good at pet stains and for $$ would take up the carpet and work on the pad and flooring. That was never offered or suggested. He just said he didn't think he could get them out. :(
