Cleaning method always gets the carpets clean. Work is done with care for our property with corner guards ans pads. Technicians are always friendly and professional. We always tell our friends how much we like Zerorez.

The technician Brian and how clean my carpet became
I have used Zerorez many times since I discovered you, and have referred friends and family. I have always been more than pleased with the quality of the cleaning, but wish it hadn't become quite so expensive. Nevertheless, my most recent service appointment yesterday on August 1st was very upsetting. I received an email reminder as well as two reminder calls about my scheduled appointment from 10am-Noon. On July 31st I was called to see if I could take the 8-10 slot. Since I needed to drop my cat at the vet for a bath at 8am, I said I could be back by 9am. "You will be our first stop." Yesterday morning when I realized I could be home by 8:30, I called to say the tech could come at 8:30 but a person did not answer. Unfortunately, about 50% of the time, calls go to voice mail not a live person (with a statement that it could take a business day to respond). So I waited -- and waited -- and waited for you to arrive. I called around 9:30 (I think) and was told you would come at my regular time (10-12). By 12:00 you were not here and I had not had a call from anyone. At 12:05 I called again and was told that the tech would be called to see how much longer it would be. When she called back about 40 minutes later, I was told that the schedule needed to be rearranged and it would be later. I reminded the woman I spoke with that I wanted to pick up my cat at 3pm. Some time later I received a call from Sal who told me he could probably get to me by 3pm. He told me that I wasn't on the Zerorez schedule for service at all!! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN WHEN I RECEIVED SO MANY CONFIRMATIONS FROM YOU? Your techs are always great and Sal was no exception. I am very grateful that he could add me to his schedule, and he finished around 4:30 I believe. So my plan to have the carpet done early while the cat was away and give it time to dry before I picked him up was shot. Not to mention my stress level was very high which gave me a bad headache. So what you "can do to make things right" is to give me an appropriate apology and explanation (from management) for my experience yesterday, assure me this won't happen again if I choose to use you in the future, and refund 25% of the cost of this service to compensate me for the six hours I sat here waiting for you to arrive after your scheduled time. Good product does not compensate for poor customer service.

The price varied from the phone call to the technician. The cost was too high to have the RV and boat done together. Just did the boat. then after coming home from work and putting the cover back on the boat it was noticed that your truck leaked hydraulic fluid in a puddle about 12 x 6 inches on the driveway....
You arrive on time, and do your job.
Your technician did a good job. However, there is a round spot about a foot in diameter in the master bedroom that can be seen after two days. Thought it was just an extra wet area, but it is still visible. Housekeeping comes on Fri. and I'll see if vacuuming makes a difference. If not, it will need added attention.
Michael was my tech guy and he did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. Michael arrived early and finished the job in a very timely manner. He was very thorough in cleaning my carpet (it looks amazing), I am VERY happy with the results. In addition, Michael even gave me some recommendations on what type of cleaner I should use for spot treatment (I have 2 cats who sometimes throw up hairballs on the carpet). Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
Professionalism of the technician who comes to our home.
This is the third time Brett Spence has worked with us. He does an outstanding job and explains how we can keep our carpet cleaner....longer. The service is always neat and care is taken to protect our furniture. It is always a pleasure to have Brett bring the Zerorez cleaning to our home. Thank you.

The carpet is left so clean and soft. It is soft because it is clean! Brian is a great guy and represents the REZ very well.
