Gets my stair carpet really clean. My technician does a wonderful job and is very polite, and prompt. Hope the price does not increase next time, though.
The carpets always come out clean. Mike was able to get out most of the spots on the carpet. He didn't overpromise and under-deliver.

Sal came out to our house from Zerorez to clean our carpets. Before he got to our house, he called us twice to give us a time update as we were scheduled for midday. This was very helpful so we weren't wasting our time. He was very professional, not rushed, and it looks like he did a great job! We also noticed that the carpets are not as wet so maybe the equipment has better suction now! You pay more for Zerorez but we feel it's worth it. Anytime we use another carpet cleaner the job is never good and we end up calling Zerorez again. Ask for Sal, he was great!
I like your cleaning system and quality of cleaner you use with no residues and it cleans so well. My 16 year old carpet looks new! And, no recurring spots come back later. Excellent!

Your bill had the correct amount which I have already paid but the comments were not accurate. The receipt mentioned soap film. I have never had anyone but Zerorez clean these carpets. They were installed only a few years ago and I have lived in the house the whole time. Do you just write soap film on every receipt?
Also, I am currently undergoing physical therapy and chiropractic work for a bad back. I could not move the chairs, night stands, plants and other items that I normally move before carpet cleaning.
I explained this to your nice technician and he said it was not a problem. He did not actually move any furniture other than to clean around it. It actually worked out better, because had he moved the furniture into the hall or entry way, I would have had to call someone to move it back.
I resent the inaccuracy of your comments on my invoice and hope that you will correct them. I have already recommended you to one friend, after the first time you cleaned, not sure if she called you or not.

Scheduling was very unsatisfactory from trying to make an appt online which only resulted in trading phone calls, then being badgered into letting tech come earlier or next day to truck too big for the communal driveway. I had wanted the job done right away and it took a couple of weeks.
The cleaning is excellent, the carpet is barely wet and what dampness there is dries quickly. The man that came, Denise, was excellent
