Larry did an amazing job on my silk sofa. He warned me that it was silk and hard to clean
but I said if it didn't come clean I would have to throw it away and I was very sad about that. It was very expensive when I bought it. He cleaned it and it turned out beautiful.
He also cleaned my white sofa and it was beautiful after he was done. Then he came back
another day because I forgot the foot stool that was in another room. He did that
without charging and that was a special bonus. Thank you very much to Larry and to your
company.

I like that I can depend on the appointment time. I am pleased the technician handles my carpet with care and is careful around the furniture I cannot move. I like that the product is clean and leaves no residue on my carpet.

I love that I am not left w/soap in my carpets. In my experience, regular carpet shampoo-ing looks good for a short while only. They almost feel somewhat "sticky" afterwards. Then after awhile, the stains start showing again, and the carpets start to look drab and dingy.
This is my first time w/Zerorez but so far my carpets almost sparkle....look like the day they were installed. I have 3 large, and often dirty, dogs. Carpet doesn't stand a chance to stay clean for every long so this will something often repeated. I'm still amazed at how they look like brand new.
