Our carpet even thou are is old it came out like new! The only problem I have is that most company's charge by the square foot. Which is easy to figure the price. It is impossible to know if you got a good deal by your method. Sincerely HenrySedillos
The service itself is great. I love the way the carpets look after cleaning. I like the promptness of the technicians and the fact they call to give a heads up on their expected arrival time. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient and do a great job.

The grout cleanup was fantastic, like new. The carpet cleaning made the carpet look good, and although it took 2 days to completely dry, it didn't stretch the carpet. Your technician was very polite and competent.
Service was great. All personnel was extremely friendly. 3 issues: 1. My carpet is STILL pretty wet over 24 hrs later. 2. Some spots are appearing again and it's only the day after cleaning. 3. The tech charged me an extra $70 without explaining PRIOR to the cleaning that there would be "spot cleaning" charges. Nor did the lady when I set up the appt. She did explain about a $15 fuel charge which I am fine with but she mentioned nothing about extra cleaning charges and the tech never said anything until after he cleaned and was charging my card.
I trust that Zerorez really doesn't leave residue in my carpets. Sal was very friendly and did a great job. My carpets look great.
I had an unacceptable scheduling problem on the day of service, but management was very gracious to get it resolved to my satisfaction. In the past I would have said I was "very likely" to recommend Zerorez to others, but I will need to see what my next appointment for carpet cleaning is like before I give that kind of recommendation again. I really hope my experience was an anomaly and not a sign of deteriorating customer service.

No residues and made my carpet like new. I was hesitant in believing the testimonials but I'm glad I had Sal. He put all my worries aside and made sure my carpet looked like new.
When the Zerorez guys reattached our nozzle to the garden hose, they cross threaded it and it now squirts water everywhere. We would like reimbursement or replacement for our 100 foot 5/8 or 3/4 " rubber hose.

I liked the technician that came to clean the carpet. On time and very truthful with me regarding the condition of the carpet. He made no promises and I respect that. I am aware the carpet needs to be replaced, but did not want to replace until next year. He did his best and so far so good. I have already told many people to give your company a try. It was Sal that did out carpets and I discussed having our living room, dining and family room carpet cleaned beginning of October. When I call to make the appointment I will mention that I would like to have Sal do the cleaning. This is a much better carpet and it was very expensive and not in horrible condition.

Thank you "Larry" for doing such a great job on our carpets and tile! We will definitely use ZEROREZ for all our future flooring needs. The carpet at are stairs is always our worst traffic area and such an eye sore. We have had many different carpet cleaners attempt to clean it in the past 12 years and never got it as nice as ZEROREZ. ZEROREZ made it look brandnew again! WOW!

Carpet was very clean and I'm happy with that aspect but it was left far to wet and some sections are still not totally dry. Also, walking barefoot feels like there is a residue left on the carpet that is not appealing. I've been trying to vacuum out the lines left by your equipment....quite a chore. I've never had this happen in the past.
