Like the green aspect and it really got my carpets clean
carpets were little warped/rippled after cleaning. Letting customers know that it will smooth out as it dries . . . or that you will come back to smooth them out . . . would be nice.

I like the idea of your service, that you don't use soap but my former carpet cleaner moved my furniture and replaced it on styrofoam blocks.also, your service is a bit pricier. So I would recommend your service with those two disclaimers.

Dennis, the service tech was very professional and friendly. He explained the whole process and gave tips on cleaning up any future stains left by our daughter or dog.
