I like the way my carpets look after they have been cleaned by ZeroRez.
All the technicians are professional, courteous and work hard.
They have no odor and really remove the spots on carpeting. They also leave a soft feel to the fibers. Had some tile cleaned and the grout and tiles looked new again. I was very, very pleased with Sal A. He informed me of what he was doing and also of what other services you provide. He was very careful to protect corners of walls, furniture and wood floors. He did a thorough job. He has such a pleasant demeanor while still remaining professional. He is an asset to the company!

The product did not meet our expectations. Your service van leaked oil on our driveway. We were told it would be cleaned in a specified time frame and it was not. It has not been cleaned as of the time of this writing. We were told our receipt would automatically be emailed within 24 hours. It has been 28 hours, and it has not arrived yet.
