I love Zerorez!
Once the job was completed and dried, a number of stains that were not there before the cleaning began to show. I called the tech, he returned my call and promised to call me to schedule a visit to assess but he never called and the stains are still there. I would appreciate it if he would return my call to reschedule a visit to remove the stains. This has never happened before with traditional cleaning methods.
My tumbled marble kitchen floor was left dirty and with food remnants still under the toekick area.
In addition a piece of my grout area is now missing.
The carpet areas still smell funny and there are spots that were not addressed.
Smells good. Excellent results on my very dirty carpets. Good suggestions from the technician regarding future spills.

My wool area rug was brought into the Irvine location for a deep cleaning on 8/29/14. I still had not heard back from anyone by Friday 8/5/14 as to when it was ready to pick up. It took two phone calls, an hour apart to find out this information. They offered to deliver it for free as an apology. When I picked up the rug, I said I needed to pay for it, and was told no it was paid for. I called my husband who had dropped it off to see if there was a misunderstanding and he confirmed he had not paid for it, so I turned around and went back into the office to pay for the service. I did not unroll the rug from the plastic sleeve until today and found that it really was not any cleaner than when I dropped it off. It is an older wool rug, and the cream background had slowly turned gray. When I had zerorez out a year or so ago, to clean furniture and the rug, it did not get cleaner so I thought bringing it in would help. I paid extra for the deep cleaning. You can still see the very clean spots that returned to cream when I spot cleaned with Folex. I assumed if I could spot clean that well then a deep cleaning should bring back some of the cream color. Also, when I brought it in, about 8 inches of the binding tape on the underside was coming off and they wanted to charge me $45 to glue it, which I declined. Now that it is back the binding is loose in many places and I was not informed that the deep cleaning would effect it in that way. I left a voice mail today regarding the above and significant disappointment in the results. The rug visually is no different than when it was brought in. If they felt they could not get it clean, we should have been told. So this is twice that I have attempted to have this rug cleaned without results.

Robert does a spectacular job every time!! I love the product and have used the service a few time and Robert does a great job, near perfection, in getting the spots out and then doing an overall super job leaving our carpet looking almost new again. The spots almost never come back in the same place like other carpet cleaning services. It's amazing. Love Zerorez and wouldn't think of using any other service for our carpet cleaning.

IT WORKS. It is relatively "expensive," about $400 for out house (3 rooms, hall, stairs, and an area rug) but it looks real good. This is our second time, and I would use again next time. Sometimes it is worth spending the $$.
