Michael was very professional, informative and thorough. We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and our recliners look amazing.
Michael was very kind and understanding when I explained that my vacuum broke and there may be a few specks left on the carpet. I also added an area rug at the last minute and he was happy to accommodate me.
None of the stains came out with regular cleaning. The service technician said it would cost $65 per stain. I feel that is way too expensive. The reason to call carpet cleaners is to have the carpets cleaned of soil and stain. Other carpet cleaners cleaned all the stains as they cleaned the carpet. I have uses Stanley Steamer in the past and they did a great job. They also sent a two man team and did a great job. I thought it would be just as good and all the residues would be rinsed out. I feel that zerorez uses only water and no cleaning agent. It also took two full days to dry.

Service tech was very good and easy to work with
Our Tech Robert was amazing. He came and saw the rooms and assessed our needs with stretching in several areas as well as cleaning.
He also explained how it would go perfectly, and we prepared before hand to be helpful. Well, today we are so happy with everything!
Our carpet looks like new, dried quickly and no chemical smells anywhere! We will always call on your company and hopefully Robert will always be our Tech. Also I have already given your info to several neighbors and friends for their future needs as well.
