The product is odorless and without chemicals.Robert was knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 3 other times. Rashad did s far superior job than any of the other technicians. He was thorough, polite and efficient.
In den the area behind the door was not cleaned.( area between door and wall)
When technician cleaned my spiral staircase, water mist sprayed the area below.. He said he had only one mat to cover below and I asked why he did not ask me for something as I had spoken about my concern for my wood floors below stair. He said he would wipe up area.
I asked in the beginning if he could clean my dining room area rug first, since it had to be taken out to garage and I would have to put it and the dining table back myself if there was not enough time for it to dry. He said he had to start at back of house first, so it ended up being one of the last things to be done, and of course it was not dry enough for him to help me move it back. I am a senior citizen and live by myself and I had to ask in a neighbor to help me the next day.
The rugs did look good after cleaning although a couple of spots showed up when it dried, but I am happy that no chemicals were used.
The last item is that he did not know that I was a Angie's list customer and I had to show him the special.
I would like the one area behind the door cleaned as I paid a good amount of money for it all to be done.

Dennis was very thorough and careful. He used care to protect our walls and furniture. I appreciated his patience in explaining how the water is processed to increase the PH. I will recommend Dennis and Zerorez to my friends and family. Our carpet and sofa look great!

The representative was very nice. Good work, i'm veryhappy with the results. I do feel like i paid toomuch for the couch though. I paid 350 for thecouch, and less than 200 for the carpet. 25/linear foot is too much. I'd use you guys for carpet again, but definitely not for upholstery.

Marcel is the most efficient and honest worker. I would want an employee to be like him, he genuinely cares about his work. He is always willing to go the extra mile. The work is so superior to any other service of this kind, and I believe it is because of him. I will continue to use Zerorez as long as the workmanship is equal to his.

The quality of the result. The process gets carpets cleaner than anything we have used in the past. Your technicians are courteous and efficient.
That they are safe for pets, the carpets dry very quickly, stains have never come back and the tech is fantastic.
