when he moved a chair to do pet stain removel the chair was out of place so when i put the chair back you could see where he missed
Daniel Haire, the technician that cleaned our carpets did an outstanding job! He was very professional, on time, very informative about the process and answered all of our questions. Not to mention he was very hard-working. When we need to have our carpets cleaned again we will definitely be calling Zerorez to have them cleaned and we will also request to have Daniel clean them as well.
Our carpets are extremely clean, they smell clean and they feel clean. There is no residue feeling left on the carpets.
As I mentioned before we will be calling Zerorez to have our carpets cleaned in the future, plus thanks to Daniel for demonstrating how Zerorez can clean tile and grout, we will be contacting Zerorez soon to have our tile and grout cleaned.

The service is great. Always show up on time and do a great job. As a real estate agent I have many homes that need carpets cleaned. I used Zerorez on a home that I never thought the stains would come out and after they were done the carpet looked brand new. I called them again for a new listing where the tenants had cleaned the carpets but one room looked terrible. I called Zerorez to do that room and when they came he told me that he would try his best but that there was a lot of soap left. When I went to the house to see how it looked I was not quite happy with it. I called them, it was a saturday, and I did not expect them to call back till monday but they did. They told me they would send the tech out on Monday to try to make it look better. So I thank them for their customer service!!
All Zero Rez employees are very professional. Technicians arrive on time and work efficiently. The method of cleaning really works and gets the dirt

make it a requirement that the cleaner help move furniture. I'm 77 and moved most of my furniture but in the past the
cleaner moved the furniture. I was told that someone else would have to be hired if things were to be moved.
the young man who did the work did help me reset the furniture and was polite and efficient.
since I payed $430 it seems to me that that should include moving and replacing all items that must be moved
