The cleaning and the tech.
My upholstered furniture had never been cleaned but now it looks like new and there is no chemical smell or residue. The technician arrived on time and the charge was actually a bit less than I expected. Why did I wait so long?.
The technician (on 8/23) was very unfriendly and very snobbish at the beginning of the service. He did improve though, after we asked him to have a better attitude. But, that already set off a bad start for our day.

Thorough and pleasant
Improve front office custermer service. We requested Sal to perform work. My wife was very specific and was assured the our request would be honored. Well, Gil showed up. When my wife spoke to the office, rather than solve the problem, she blamed it on us, "we could't accomodate your schedule." Never a call beforehand.
Gil did a good job, so we are satisified with the work.
I love my carpets after they have been cleaned! I will always ask for Marcel-he is great!
