I love that I am not left w/soap in my carpets. In my experience, regular carpet shampoo-ing looks good for a short while only. They almost feel somewhat "sticky" afterwards. Then after awhile, the stains start showing again, and the carpets start to look drab and dingy.
This is my first time w/Zerorez but so far my carpets almost sparkle....look like the day they were installed. I have 3 large, and often dirty, dogs. Carpet doesn't stand a chance to stay clean for every long so this will something often repeated. I'm still amazed at how they look like brand new.
Your service technician was absolutely wonderful.

The first time I used your service last year I had a technician who was awesome and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and sold me the at home spot cleaner. This service technician was nice but seemed very rushed. A couple of problem spots I notified him about at the beginning didn't get fully fixed and it would have been nice to know from his professional opinion if I could have addressed it in any way or not.
The service man was timely and notified us of his arrival. Was quick to get to work and was very professional. Our carpet had not been cleaned in 20 years and he got every spot out. Our carpet, couch and chairs look like new. He demonstrated what he was doing and I could see the results. It dried quickly just as he told us. I would recommend Michael to any and everyone of my friends and neighbors.
