My carpets look cleaner than comparable services in the past. They appeared to clean better with your product. The technician was very thorough and considerate. I like that there is no residue to attract more dirt.
You get the carpet clean and it stays that way for more than a few weeks. I wouldn't use anyone else!

The Technician.
We have used your services for several years but we continue to have difficulty because your records on our address were still wrong this time in spite of efforts to correct them in the past including a letter from my husband pointing out the problem. Our service this time was delayed one day because you did not bring enough hose to reach our third floor unit in spite of the fact that you have had enough hose in the past but it was never recorded on whatever information you keep or don't keep. The man who come on Friday to do the work did a good job but you need to improve what goes on in the office!

I liked that our area rug was picked up and delivered. It is a big, heavy rug, so that service is very appreciated by us.
