Better gauge the time needed for the job. It was underestimated in my case and he had to return on another day to finish the job.
This was my second time using Zerorez.....one week after having all the carpets cleaned by Zerorez. My husband and grandson spilled Fruit Punch on a mostly white carpet. After trying to clean the large spot, I thought I had succeeded. The next day, it was bright bright red!
Zerorez came out a few days later...their tech spent quite awhile cleaning it and though I had doubts, it looks absolutely perfect and new!! You would never know that it was deeply RED.
Our carpets look brand new, w/o any of that stickiness that comes after regular shampooing.
Why would I ever call anyone else??!!
Also, there will never be any colored liquids in the living room again! :)

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet this time was absolutely the best!!!! Our carpet hasn't ever looked this clean with any of the other cleaners we've had at Zerorez. He took time to remove the excess water. During our last cleaning, the worker from Zerorez left so much water in our carpet! It took three days to dry!!! This time, it dried in about 6 or 7 hrs! T

After listening to Bill Handel on AM radio rave about your service I expected more that I got. My carpet was wet for almost two days which was unacceptable. I spoke to the office to let them know about this incident and they said they would have to carpets done again which they did. Some of my neighbors came over to see the carpet and couldn't come in because they were still wet. So, if they thought about calling your company I don't think that will happen. Vacuuming first would be nice . A lot of carpet to vacuum uo after it was cleaned.
The stairs are not as clean as they should be and charged me $70 extra
I was originally drawn to this company because of their use of the alkaline water. My son has very bad allergies and we didn't want to risk exposing him to any new chemicals. The staff was amazing and quick. I called on a tues and was able to get a Saturday appt. The service technician was friendly and got the job done in an hr and a half. I was greatly impressed and I will be recommend them to all my friends.
