Respond to the email I sent on same day. I was paid for 5 cushions to be cleaned. However, only 4 where done. To be clear, when Justin arrived, I told him we weren't going to do one of the 5. But my invoice shows I was charged for 5.

My carpet smells so much better all the spots are gone!! I didn't think it would be possible to have my carpet looking brand new. The advisor that did the cleaning of the carpet was very professional. He explained how long it would take for the carpet to dry and also left cloth slip on shoes to wear until the carpet was fully dry. I would highly recommend this company very professional they emailed my appointment and I work in the medical field and I am on call and I cancelled twice and they were very understanding and really accommodated me. Great staff and will use them again!!!

You get my carpets clean with no soap.

I like that the product is "green" and doesn't leave soapy residue in the carpet. My carpets came up looking like new. Dana, the serviceman was awesome.
