Clean carpets with soap residue!

The man who came was professional, worked quickly, and really got my filthy carpet clean.
Carpets left with residue/cleaning product and too wet. It has been 30 hours and carpets are still damp! Carpeting, where dry, feels stiff and "crunchy" under foot. Have used your service 3 times and this has NOT been our experience previously!!
Especially liked our service tech, very polite and not pushy.
I absolutely appreciate the amazing customer service...the ease of scheduling + shifting my appointment felt really good.
And, my tech Sal was incredible...he was super kind + helpful + did a thorough job.
The only problem is that I expected, after reading on the Zerorez site, that my carpet would not have residual brownish spots after investing in this environmentally conscious top notch cleaning.
Unfortunately, there are still quite a few brown spots on our carpet + our stairs. Pretty bummed.
Overall, our carpet is cleaner, but not up to the expectations I had hoped for when I heard about Zerorez.

Stick to appointment time
1. I did not receive any confirmation calls as I did in the past. I called on repeatedly Saturday to reconfirm, however I was not able to reach anyone. There should be a number to call to confirm on Saturdays.
2. The technician did not have my number, as technicians did in the past, and he was not able to reach me. To clarify, I am Mrs. Last name removed's assistant and have been the person who sets up the service. I arrived at Mrs. Last name removed's home at 2:30 in case the technician showed up early. Sal called her home number which I picked up and said he was about to turn the truck in b/c he was not able to reach anyone. He said he could be at the property between 4 and 4:20pm.
3. Sal arrived within the time frame he said, which was over an hour later than the appointment time I had made.
4. Less than halfway through the upstairs, the truck filled up and had to be dumped in the owners toilet, some of the grey water ran down the driveway and down the street. I felt he should have dumped the truck after his last job so as not to cause inconvenience or interruption to the next job.
5. I felt the quote was not accurate, it was over $300 off. Since I have used the service twice before, there is obviously documentation stating the size and number of rooms.
6. The job was not completed, it was past 8pm and the downstairs was not even started.
7. Had to call on Monday to get someone to come out and complete the service. The next technician was Sal Salvador, he was very nice and I would request him again. He was efficient with his time.

I paid an extra $25.00 to have the urine smell removed from an area where my dogs had accidents. The urine smell is still there. Also the spots in the two bedrooms are still showing slightly.
The people are very professional and know and do their job to the highest level. Carpets always look new when done. They are 14 years old.
