Assuming the information provided is true, there's at least a very limited number of chemicals in the solution. I could not smell anything and the carpets seemed quite clean afterwards.
I like that Robert takes his time to properly clean the carpets.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service around. They get the carpets totally clean without leaving soap residue which just attracts dirt. They are the only carpet cleaning company I've used on our office carpets and they look great! Zerorez also cleans tile floors. I would highly recommend them

This our second time using Zerorez to clean a carpet that must be at least 15 years old (maybe more!) It is cream-colored, we have two cats, and we have a baby. Needless to say, the carpets are stain magnets. The service was outstanding - we will definitely be requesting Sal A. for our next cleaning, as well. He was very helpful and man, he did a great job!

Excellent job by Livingston. Some of the other technicians haven't done such a great job, but Livingston always leaves our carpets like new.
It's too soon to say whether your cleaning process really did remove the residue from prior cleanings and whether it will keep the carpets clean longer. The technician did an OK job, but he left the carpets much too wet - it took some areas 24 hours to dry, even with fans blowing on them. It would have taken him only a few minutes longer to extract more thoroughly. That's typical, in my experience, but it doesn't make it acceptable. I paid $344 for about an hour's work. I realize that labor isn't your only cost, but it does seem excessive.

Larry and Eric were very efficient and personable. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.
The high-traffic and other areas of my carpet were not cleaned fully. The darker area stand out clearly. To make things right, I request a second pass to these areas only at no additional charge. Thank you.

I realized too late that I mixed up my comments. You cleaned MY carpets (Name removed) on August 1st and that's what I have already responded to. You cleaned MY DAUGHTER's (Amy Last name removed) carpets on July 25th. So these comments are for July 25th only. Just as my previous experiences with Zerorez, this was no different: you called to confirm the appointment, the tech arrived right on time, Alfus got to work, and the results were excellent. However, after MY experience only a week later, what would have been a 10 is now a 5. If you resolve my concerns to my satisfaction (for the August 1st job), my opinion of your company will be restored.
