Prompt service, hard working technician, good product-all the spots and stains came out of the carpet.
1. You were very kind when I had to reschedule 2 times. 2. Your technician (Gil) called when he was on his way, got here when he said he would. 3. He listened to my questions and concerns about my carpet and possible cleaning of my chairs. 4. He did an outstanding job. 5. He took his time, was thorough, had me check each room to make sure nothing was missed or needed more cleaning. 6. He did not try to sell me other services, but when I asked about Scotch Guarding, he said it would be a good idea.

I have a have a baby who is getting ready to crawl soon and I wanted to get my carpets cleaned professionally but I didn't wan all the chemicals. I good friend of mine recommended Zerorez. Our carpet is high quality but it's getting older and has seen better days so I didn't have great expectations. When the carpets were dried I was blown away by how great they looked! Plus I loved how fresh and clean my house smelled with out the need of chemicals. The associate who came out was very nice and professional too. I am so happy and will define be using Zerorez in the future as well as recommending them to all of my friends and family!

Robert is fantastic. We are in our 90's and having the carpeting clean can be a difficult chore for us. Robert makes it so easy! He does a fantastic job, is so pleasant I enjoy his being here. The carpet and tile looks beautiful. My husband has had couple of strokes. Therefore he shuffles and drags his feet. The carpet and tile get really filthy. Robert gets them sparkling clean.

The only carpet cleaner to get all dirt and stains out of our carpet, (Looks like brand new) and LOVE Michael, he is such a hard worker and has done an awesome job both times at our home. I'm sure he is an asset to your company.

Respond to the email I sent on same day. I was paid for 5 cushions to be cleaned. However, only 4 where done. To be clear, when Justin arrived, I told him we weren't going to do one of the 5. But my invoice shows I was charged for 5.
