1. I did not like experiencing scheduling issues (e.g. "we cannot make it tonight because other job took too long"). We moved all our furniture, and we would have been gone the next few days, so a schedule change would have been difficult. However, I am glad you were able to find another representative to take care of the job that night.
2. I did not like being "upsold" to have spots removed from my carpet, and to have fresh-smelling carpet. The reason I was having my carpet cleaned in the first place was to have spots removed and to have fresh-smelling carpet. To find out that I have to pay extra to have spots removed was disappointing, especially when your price was significantly higher than other vendors I have used in the past. I was willing to pay a premium for the "zero-residue," however I believed that additional charges should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. Everybody has spots in their carpet-- a special charge for that seems excessive.
If you want to make it right, credit my credit card for the additional charges for spot cleaning and fresh-smelling carpet.
