1. Your two representatives, Keith and Sal, were on time and they did an outstanding job. There were very careful about my house and the furnishings. You have a good product, my carpets and rugs look great and feel and smell good.

Just disappointed that the red wine did not come out and I paid more than usual. However, the stairs look really good.

Amazing work done by Gil - they changed my black grouted tile to white grout into a house we just moved into - we didn't even know that could be done!

Our technician (Rashad) was friendly, professional, on time, quick, and very thorough. He did an awesome job on our absolutely filthy carpets. I will definitely be recommending zerorez!

I am very happy with the carpet. I am disappointed with the chairs, they almost look the same as before the cleaning but the technician warned me that grease it's hard to take off.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

computer down when I picked up rugs, clerk thought amount was @ $240, I thought it was more than that and guessed $352. I was charged $352 as per my memory. Later I got a message from ZeroRez thanking me for my business and citing something like $325. I assume that was the real number and replied with a query asking if I was due a refund for the difference. I never received a reply to that query. I can understand computers going down, and I want to do the right thing as witnessed by my correcting amount upward from memory, but I can't respect not responding to me regarding a small refund. How can I recommend a company I can't trust? In fact, I will recommend NOT going to Zerorez.

Don"t clean 8 feet into a room your not suppose to clean and leave a horrible looking carpet partially clean just to show it can be cleaned.

the serviceman was the best. Sal A. was on time, explained step by step was going on. he didn't seem to mind that I was watching him a lot. I could not belive how bad my carpets were but he made sure they looked like new and they were dry so fast. I will be using your company from now on.

On time and did exactly what was asked. The only thing I had hoped to also have done was a good steam clean of my shower tile -- that didn't happen and I haven't yet heard from your "shower specialist."

Service and service provider were great, I guess I was just expected to be wowed with a fresher feeling. Could be my carpet is just old and has worn spots. I thought it would feel better to walk on.
